A proposal to take action
What we offer?
We design bike bus projects in collaboration with public administrations and educational communities to promote urban cycling in towns and cities.
After launching each project, we focus on ensuring that everyone, regardless of their age or ability, can use the bike safely and comfortably every day, expanding the benefits of the bicibus beyond its route.
Our methodology
We don't just offer another plan. It is an action-based strategy
We are honest: In the face of the climate crisis ⌛ there is no time left for “blah blah blah”. We must take action. Now. With the bike bus we transform municipalities into more sustainable, safe and accessible spaces from practice. We change mobility for the benefit of everyone.
We create the bike bus by forging alliances with the educational community
We foster strong collaboration with school communities eager for change. We identify and create a driving group involving families, teaching staff and municipal personnel. We work hand in hand to implement a bike bus that inspires and motivates everyone.
We take advantage of the bike bus wave to promote urban cycling
A team of experts will help you extend the impact of the bike bus beyond its route. We can work on: Safe school routes, cycling infrastructure, calming of school zones or in initiatives for habit change. We aim for comprehensive transformation.
How do we create the bike bus?
Support and creation of the driving group
We guide the driving group in the creation of the project, empowering families with management autonomy and involving the rest of the necessary agents to ensure the bike bus is a success.
Definition and study of bike bus routes
Through surveys, geolocation tools, and fieldwork, we define the best routes to connect the families' homes with the educational centers by bicycle.
Training for cycling in groups
Knowing how to ride a bicycle does not mean knowing how to ride in traffic... and it's different cycling alone than accompanying a group. That's why we facilitate training in circulation and road education through an intensive course.
Activation of the “Bike Bus APP” and promotion
The app facilitates registrations, project communication, and powerful statistics. We also create a web microsite and facilitate communication.
Extending the impact of the bike bus: additional services
Analysis of school mobility patterns
Using data and surveys, we complement municipal mobility plans and future designs of cycling infrastructure.
Design of cycle paths and parking
Considering all ages and abilities, based on an understanding of mobility patterns and usability criteria.
Planning for safe school zones
Integrating traffic calming measures and safe zones for socializing, playing, walking, and cycling.
Action for changing mobility behaviour
We identify barriers such as unsafe infrastructure and negative social perceptions about cycling and resistance to change.

Schedule training on circulation (One More Bike)
🟡 Give little cyclists skills of higher cycle. They learn and prepare to circulate better in urban environments and outside the bike.
Create communication campaign on road respect
🟡 Help normalize bicycle use locally. The smaller the municipality, the more impact. Inform the population about minors pedaling on the streets and respect for cyclists.
Change mobility habits in families that drive bikes
🟡 For family members accompanying the bike, but for the most daring who use the bicycle to accompany minors and then must pedal to work or home.
Establish alliances with local businesses
🔵 Discounts and incentives for people who move by bike. It helps to recognize your initiative while creating sympathies and ties with establishments in the municipality.
Explain the impact of the bike to children
🔵 Show data on the impact of using the bicycle during bike-bus days on children and their families.
Run an awareness campaign
🔵 Explain the benefits to the local population on the use of bicycles based on the promotion of a bike bus project.
Cities with improvable cycling infrastructure or medium or small municipalities (less than 20,000 inhabitants) that have little traffic or are beginning to consider measures to encourage the use of bicycles or traffic calming measures.
